  • Gather and organize market intelligence on prospective clients, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.

  • Register and maintain the firm's profile across bid portals and procurement systems.

  • Manage routine calls and email correspondence with BD leaders on the status of their opportunities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in proposal support, marketing coordination, BD operations, or administrative/reporting roles within professional services.

  • Working knowledge of Excel to support recurring reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Canva preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Solid written communication skills and comfort editing written content.
