Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products | Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels | Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods

Position Summary

Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This role drives productivity while maintaining a safe, compliant, and cost-effective environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence
  • Maintain compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews
  • Support cross-training and workforce development with Material Handling Supervisor
  • Drive 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services
  • Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning
  • Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Forklift Certification

Experience

  • 3–5 years in warehouse/manufacturing
  • 2–3 years supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking ability
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
  • Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 lbs.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $77,270.00 and $113,322.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
