Our offering includes process chemical technologies, functional additives, water treatment products, and monitoring and control systems. With a diverse global team and manufacturing facilities worldwide, we work closely with our customers to optimise operations, improve productivity, and reduce environmental impact.

About the Role

At Solenis, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and drive the growth of our Pool Solutions business unit. Operating as a key commercial lead and individual contributor, you will be directly responsible for expanding our market presence across Southwest France and Northwest Spain.

The scope of this role covers a broad and diverse sector environment including indoor/outdoor retail, specialist pool dealers, as well as commercial and hospitality pool environments (e.g. campsites, leisure centres). • Use CRM tools to maintain customer records and track interactions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations & Supply teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
