About Solenis

Solenis is a leading global producer of specialty chemicals and a provider of sustainable solutions for water-intensive industries and consumer markets. Our offering includes process chemical technologies, functional additives, water treatment products, and monitoring and control systems. With a diverse global team and manufacturing facilities worldwide, we work closely with our customers to optimise operations, improve productivity, and reduce environmental impact.

About the Role

At Solenis, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and drive the growth of our Pool Solutions business unit. Operating as a key commercial lead and individual contributor, you will be directly responsible for expanding our market presence across Southwest France and Northwest Spain.

The scope of this role covers a broad and diverse sector environment including indoor/outdoor retail, specialist pool dealers, as well as commercial and hospitality pool environments (e.g. campsites, leisure centres). On an operational and store-level basis, you will ensure our products are displayed in an appealing, organised, and customer-focused manner to maximise sales. This may involve managing display setups, operating manual transport equipment (e.g. pallet jacks), and lifting/carrying stock (up to 25 kg). The position also requires frequent travel and attendance at industry events, which may occasionally require working early mornings, weekends, or outside standard business hours.

  • Ensure optimal in-store product presentation, using manual transport equipment (e.g. pallet jacks) where required for stock and display positioning (handling loads up to 25 kg).
  • Plan routes and schedules to maximise coverage and minimise travel costs.

Reporting, Forecasting & Collaboration

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain customer records and track interactions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations & Supply teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
