Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities and market potential by qualifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.

  • Initiates sales process understanding the sales mode – Direct / Distributor, by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding account requirements.

  • sells products by recommending solutions, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, preparing contracts by establishing contact and building rapport with prospects and customers.

  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, developing new applications.

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending value, profit and service improvements.

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by retaining current industry trends, product results, market activities and needs to be fulfilled.

  • Collecting, analyzing, summarizing and reporting of visit, business developments, information to market strategy by reactions from accounts - OEM, Key Accounts, Customers, Distributors, Prospects along with monitoring competitive products.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales and organization related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years in selling consumables in Textile Industry / Relevant experience in handling Corporate Houses/ Channel Management/ Textile OEMS

  • Strong technical understanding of industrial lubrication solutions and customer applications.

  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address customer requirements.

  • Proven prospecting and business development skills to acquire new customers.

  • Effective sales planning and execution to achieve business objectives.

  • Strong territory/region and key account management capabilities.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer and distributor relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and successfully close business opportunities.

  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.

  • Exposure to industrial consumable/B2B sales, preferably in the Textile industry.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation.

  • High energy level, persistence, and result-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM/data entry.

  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
