Title:

Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior Corporate Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted People Team partner to leaders and employees across Trinzic's corporate functions. Working closely with the Manager, Corporate People Partner, this role provides guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning activities. The position requires sound judgment, strong employee relations expertise, and the ability to address complex workplace issues while supporting business needs and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment practices.

Trinzic is being established as an independent public company through the planned separation of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, which is expected to be completed on January 4, 2027. This role offers a rare opportunity to join the organization during a pivotal period of growth and transformation, helping build and support people programs, policies, and practices that will position the company for long-term success while supporting critical government and commercial missions around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and employees across corporate functions to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, employment practices, and People Team policies.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance-related issues.
  • Coach managers on employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and effective leadership practices.
  • Support organizational changes, workforce planning activities, and restructuring initiatives in partnership with business leaders and People Team stakeholders.
  • Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and People Operations teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning discussions, and development planning activities.
  • Review workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, support decision making, and inform People Team recommendations.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of People Team programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and established HR practices.
  • Participate in special projects and strategic People Team initiatives associated with Trinzic's growth and evolution as a standalone public company.

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience supporting a corporate or professional employee population in a complex organizational environment.

Professional Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, HR practices, and employment law fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence leaders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong business partnership, coaching, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to assess and resolve complex employee situations using sound judgment and discretion.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience supporting corporate functions within a public company environment.
  • Exposure to global employee populations and HR practices.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Experience supporting organizations during periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change.
