About Us Naijatutors Konnect connects Nigerian tutors with diaspora families across the UK, US, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Europe. We're an operational, content-led business growing our creative team to keep pace with new program launches and campaigns.

Role Overview We're hiring a full-time Graphic Designer/Video Editor who can move fluidly between static design and short-form video across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics for campaigns, program launches, and day-to-day content
  
• Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and support longer-form video projects
  
• Maintain visual consistency with NTK's brand system across all platforms
  
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team on campaign rollouts

Design Assignment Design a launch package for a new NTK program: Blind Debate — Season 1. (AI Generated Designs will NOT be accepted)

What is Blind Debate? A debate-style program where participants don't know their opponent when they start. 20 children ages 13–16 face off across 10 episodes, narrowing down to a single winner by the finale.

Deliverables:

1. Instagram post (static or motion)
   
2. YouTube thumbnail
   
3. TikTok cover page
