What you will do:

The Graphic Designer, Content Creator is a creative who bridges eXp’s brand system with high-performing digital content. Sitting within the Marketing and Communications department, this role requires a high degree of autonomy and a strong focus on speed-to-publish and visual storytelling.

With a proven in-house or corporate track record, you’re equally skilled at architecting scalable template systems in Canva and handling technical brand work in Adobe. You’ll serve as the vital link between executive brand standards and high-performing content that truly engages our agents.


How you will make an impact:

Social Media Content

  • Concept, layout, and produce scroll-stopping social content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging spaces.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of optimized, platform-native Canva templates for recurring social formats.
  • Support the team with rapid content turnaround for high-visibility campaigns, major corporate events, and breaking announcements.

Canva Template Systems & Governance

  • Architect, scale, and maintain public and internal marketing templates in Canva for massive agent and staff ecosystems.
  • Handle high-volume asset production, accurately mapping complex content and data into templates to support large-scale marketing pushes.
  • Ensure master templates are locked, rigorously on-brand, and intuitively organized for non-designers to deploy.

Email & Digital Assets

  • Design visually compelling email graphics, personalized modules, and banners for HubSpot marketing campaigns.
  • Create and adapt digital assets across a wide variety of formats (web banners, dynamic event materials, digital signage) based on strict, established brand guidelines.

Corporate & Executive Design

  • Support the production of highly polished, corporate-facing materials including executive presentations, strategic one-pagers, and key internal creative communications.
  • Adapt complex brand standards for executive and stakeholder-facing outputs, ensuring absolute polish, zero typos, and layout consistency at every level.
  • Collaborate fluidly with the Communications team to design supporting visuals for corporate announcements, reports, and high-priority leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers to evolve creative while staying on-brand.
