Role Objective

The Marketing Manager is an individual contributor responsible for executing the firm's marketing initiatives under the direction of marketing leadership. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - the person in this seat is the operational engine of the marketing function, translating strategic direction into day-to-day campaigns, content, and initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can take clear direction and run with it.

Responsibilities/Duties

Campaign & Content Execution

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels in alignment with direction from marketing leadership.
  • Manage content production, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery across all channels.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure all channels are updated and active on schedule.
  • Review content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment before publication.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report results to marketing leadership on a regular basis.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for marketing-related requests from other internal departments.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or freelancers supporting specific projects (design, events, content) as needed.
  • Communicate updates, priorities, and progress to marketing leadership consistently.

Brand & Community Presence

  • Ensure all marketing materials, social content, and community-facing communications maintain brand and legal accuracy standards.
  • Oversee the firm's online presence across platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Support event marketing, promotional materials, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's brand presence in the community and recommend initiatives to marketing leadership.

Vendor & Platform Management

  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, freelancers, and creative contractors as needed.
  • Oversee marketing platforms and tools including HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Monday.com.
  • Track marketing spend and flag budget considerations to marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated experience in campaign execution and content management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms including Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and O365 Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Based in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina; able to work on a contracted basis with overlapping availability during U.S. business hours.

Preferred

  • Experience in a legal services, professional services, or mission-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with immigration law or the immigrant community.
  • Experience with Canva, Monday.com, or similar project management and design tools.
  • Prior experience working as a remote contractor for a U.S.-based company.

Compensation

$2,500–$3,000/month USD, contracted, commensurate with experience.
