You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.
How you will contribute
You will:
Engage brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines
Understand and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer
Understand the key drivers of purchase be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials
Track, post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development

What you need to know about this role:
You will translate brand and commercial strategy into consistent, high-quality in-store execution that drives shopper conversion and category growth.
You will develop and own the shopper journey strategy per Revenue Engine (RE), ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities.
You will design and lead the Activation Strategy Framework to drive conversion at the point of purchase.
You will build and execute the Innovation Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring successful launches with clear KPIs and tracking.
You will lead the creation of Toolkit Masters that enable scalable, consistent execution across channels and customers.
You will own and evolve the Perfect Store Framework, defining what "great looks like" at the point of sale.
You will develop and deploy the Monthly Execution Playbook, providing clear guidance to field teams on priorities, activations, and POP materials.
You will establish and manage Execution KPIs & Scorecards, including items per store, velocity per store, % execution vs. plan, toolkit compliance, and launch performance.
You will lead POP Governance & Production Control, ensuring materials are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration — comfortable partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies.
Creative problem solver with a keen eye for in-store excellence and brand consistency.
Strong communication and influencing skills to align stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for consumer goods and a deep understanding of shopper dynamics across channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Execution roles within the consumer goods industry (CPG/FMCG).
Proven experience developing and implementing Perfect Store programs, activation frameworks, or in-store execution strategies.
Proficiency in commercial and execution analytics tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Experience managing POP production, agency relationships, and execution budgets.
English proficiency
Experience working across multiple channels (traditional trade, modern trade) is a plus.
