Job description

The Multimedia Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of multimedia localization and production projects, with a strong focus on dubbing and adaptation workflows, ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end multimedia localization projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to client specifications.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including translators, subtitle editors, adapters, audio engineers, voice talents, and video editors.
  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain transparent communication throughout each project.
  • Anticipate potential risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new resources in multimedia workflows and tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools for multimedia localization.
  • Track and analyze project KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Experience, and Training Required

  • University graduate (Translation, Interpretation, Audiovisual Communication, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in project management within the multimedia, localization, dubbing, or post-production industry.
  • Strong knowledge of multimedia workflows, especially dubbing and adaptation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Subtitle Edit is desirable.
  • Familiarity with multimedia tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, Gmail tools, and project management systems.
  • Solution-oriented mindset: proactive, innovative, flexible, resilient, and attentive to the needs of internal and external clients.
  • Availability to work remotely in LATAM or European time zones, Monday to Friday.
