In this pivotal role, you will actively engage with healthcare professionals to facilitate essential research initiatives. The position requires a proactive, adaptable team player who demonstrates ownership and self-confidence, with English proficiency at a C1 level.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting outreach to healthcare providers via calls and emails

- Scheduling and coordinating research calls

- Ensuring a high-quality customer experience

- Meticulous documentation and tracking of outreach activities

- Participating in quality assurance and collaborative team discussions

We are seeking candidates with strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to prioritize and enhance outreach processes. Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Salesforce (preferred), and Calendly (a plus) will set you apart.
