Collette is seeking a Global Contracting Manager to join our Tour Design and Delivery Team, supporting our Canadian tours. This is a remote position. Candidate must reside in Canada.

Job Summary: 


The Global Contracting Manager is responsible for leading all negotiations and contracting activities for tour components, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and product brand standards. This role oversees vendor agreements and contracting strategies that support the delivery of high-quality tour experiences while maintaining a competitive market position.


Primary Functions:


  • Lead contract negotiations for all tour components, including hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, and guides.
  • Develop and implement vendor negotiation strategies to achieve defined business goals.
  • Confirm agreements that adhere to company terms, conditions, and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships across all contracted tour components.
  • Address vendor-related challenges, including add dates, custom requests, and operational needs.
  • Ensure strong partnerships that support consistent delivery of tour excellence.
  • Achieve contracting goals that support the company’s financial plan and competitive positioning.
  • Secure inventory required to support tour operations and business planning.
  • Support departments across the organization with contracting-related issues and solutions.
  • Conduct research and preparation for in-destination contracting meetings with suppliers and partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to evaluate excellence results and implement improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align contracting efforts with overall product and operational strategies.
  • Embraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes, elevate content, and drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational needs.

 Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is CAD $105,000 - 130,000
