The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and comfortable moving between content creation, facilitation, LMS administration, reporting, and day-to-day learner support while managing multiple priorities and responding to evolving business needs.

Primary Functions:

  • Learning Design, Content Development & Delivery: Design, build, revise, publish, and maintain digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, transcripts, videos, activities, job aids, and supporting resources for advisor, employee, compliance, Client Care, Tour Manager, and technology-learning audiences.
  • Translate subject matter expert content into clear learning objectives, practical module structures, and easy-to-navigate learning experiences that support a range of learner needs and levels of technical comfort.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions as assigned and review learning materials for clarity, consistency, accessibility, accuracy, and instructional quality.
  • Advisor Learning Support: Provide day-to-day support for advisor learning questions related to access, login links, enrollments, assignments, completions, certifications, and learning status across Collette University and MCV U.
  • Support advisor account and learning-path administration, including bulk uploads, enrollments, record updates, deactivations, assignments, and follow-up on SSO or learner-data issues.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Client Care, and subject matter experts to build, revise, launch, monitor, and maintain advisor learning modules, including market- and experience-based learning pathways.
  • Learning Reporting & Tracking: Run, validate, organize, and distribute recurring and one-time completion and progress reports for Client Care, BDMs, leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting grids and learner tracking tools, complete required market or customer sorting, respond to urgent reporting requests, and provide clear visibility into learner progress.
  • Track advisor account activity and setup counts and support recurring stakeholder updates with accurate reports and supporting documentation.
  • Tour Manager Learning & ASCEND: Support structured Tour Manager onboarding, microlearning, and ongoing development through ASCEND and Collette University.
  • Help translate the Tour Manager learning strategy into a phased curriculum and practical roadmap; coordinate module development, review cycles, monthly updates, progress tracking, video-based learning, and just-in-time resources.
  • Administer Tour Manager learner access, content updates, assignments, and reporting while partnering with business subject matter experts to keep learning current and consistent.
  • Compliance & Required Learning: Support the administration and improvement of required learning across locations and learner groups, including completion tracking, audit evidence, launch communications, manager guidance, reminders, and country-specific content updates.
  • Client Care Training: Support practical learning for new and existing Client Care employees and facilitate Customer Service Foundations training for new-hire classes when requested.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Support a consistent Day 1 and ongoing onboarding experience by facilitating and updating orientation materials, maintaining regional benefits presentations, coordinating schedules and communications, and advising on department-specific onboarding modules.
  • AI, Microsoft 365 & Technology Adoption: Support learning initiatives related to AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other workplace technologies, including learning paths, communications, responsible AI education, adoption resources, rollout support, and completion tracking.
  • Learning Management System Administration: Upload completed course files and resources; configure course titles, descriptions, categories, assignments, learning paths, and learner-facing details; and confirm information is accurate before launch.
  • Maintain consistency between design documentation, source files, and LMS course setup, and support quality checks, content-library organization, and ongoing course maintenance.
  • Cross-Functional & Project Support: Coordinate with People & Culture, Marketing, Sales, Client Care, Tour Manager teams, and other business partners to manage reviews, updates, communications, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen learner support, improve reporting, create reusable tools, and adapt responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience developing practical learning content such as digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, job aids, videos, communications, and supporting resources.
  • Working knowledge of adult-learning and instructional-design principles, with the ability to organize information into clear, accessible learning experiences.
  • Experience administering a learning management system such as Litmos, Courseau, or comparable platforms including user enrollments, assignments, courses, learning paths, content uploads, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to validate learner data, course setup, assignments, reports, and learner-facing information.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate learning completion and progress data using reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person environments.
  • Ability to partner effectively with subject matter experts and translate business content into learner-friendly resources.
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools and learning technologies; willingness to learn new content-authoring, reporting, AI, and digital adoption tools.
  • Service-oriented approach, sound judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to an accurate and consistent learner experience.
