Collette is seeking a Manager, North America Trade Communications, to join our Marketing Team. This is a remote role, with the expectation of travelling to the Collette Headquarters in Pawtucket, RI on an as needed basis.

Job Summary: 

The Manager, North America Trade Communications, leads the strategy, planning, governance, and execution of communications for travel advisors, consortia partners, host agencies, trade organizations, and internal B2B stakeholders. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global B2B Strategy Development, this role drives a clear, consistent, and advisor-focused communication strategy across all trade channels. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Advisor Programs, Client Care, and Corporate Communications, the incumbent ensures advisors receive timely, relevant, and impactful messaging that strengthens engagement, supports business growth, and reinforces Collette's position as the most advisor-friendly tour operator.


Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute North American trade communication strategies, messaging frameworks, and communication calendars.
  • Establish communication governance, priorities, standards, and best practices across advisor-facing channels.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling advisor-facing messaging, campaign briefs, content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Lead B2B lifecycle marketing and communication initiatives that drive engagement, lead quality, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Manage advisor-facing communications, including newsletters, resource guides, email campaigns, social communities, portals, training platforms, events, and partner communications.
  • Support Sales and Partnership teams with advisor-ready assets, tools, and communications that reinforce Collette's value proposition.
  • Manage trade organization partnerships, sponsorships, industry events, activations, and related communication deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Project Management, and Creative teams to ensure effective and timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor communication performance, advisor feedback, and industry trends to optimize messaging, channel effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Support additional advisor-focused initiatives and other duties as assigned.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in communications, marketing, content strategy, PR, sales enablement, channel marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic communications, B2B marketing, lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience communicating with travel advisors, host agencies, consortia, trade partners, or other B2B audiences; travel industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, message development, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop communication strategies, manage content programs, and execute multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, digital marketing channels, and AI-enabled technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of trade organizations, sponsorships, partner activations, and advisor engagement strategies preferred.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and customer-focused, with a passion for advisor success and continuous learning.


Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000.
