Would you like to be Proforto’s voice in Poland? We’re looking for someone to set up customer service for our Polish market and who will also be available right away to assist our Danish and Swedish customers.
Here's what you'll do:
You'll be Proforto's Polish voice from day one, with our Danish and Swedish customers alongside it. There's no script waiting for you and no Polish playbook yet: you'll write it. Not on your own, though: there's a customer service team in Nijmegen who have been doing this for years, and they'll help you find your feet.
📞 Answering Polish customers by phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and social
🗣️ Helping our Danish and Swedish customers in English, alongside the Polish market
💼 Giving real advice: which safety boot suits which trade, which certification a job calls for, what works for a crew of forty
🔍 Explaining the Polish market to the rest of Proforto: what customers expect, what they ask for, what we haven't got
🤝 Pulling in purchasing, logistics or our personalisation team when a customer needs more than a straight answer
🚀 Building the Polish service toolkit from scratch: templates, FAQs, tone of voice
About Proforto
Proforto is the biggest name in workwear in the Benelux, and Poland is where we go next. 💙
We started in 2014 on a simple premise: kitting out a workforce shouldn't be a hassle. Today, tens of thousands of companies in construction, industry, healthcare, hospitality and transport buy their gear from us. Around 250,000 products from 140 brands, from work trousers and jackets to safety boots, gloves, helmets and PPE, with logos printed and embroidered in-house. Our office is in Nijmegen, our warehouse in Oosterhout, and between them we ship thousands of orders a week. Customers in the Netherlands who order before 11 PM have it the next morning.
Belgium has been part of our home market for years and Germany went live in early 2026. Poland is next: a large market with plenty of established local suppliers, which means we'll have to earn our place in it.
