Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps both established brands and fast-growing startups expand their online presence.They combine expertise across three core areas: Connections (paid search, social, streaming, and audio), Commerce (Amazon DSP, retail media, SEO, and product optimization), and Creative (brand strategy, content creation, scalable production, and web development). The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.

What you will do: 


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Search Coordinator to join a growing team responsible for delivering high-impact paid search campaigns for leading brands. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize campaigns across major platforms, drive measurable results, and contribute strategic insights to improve performance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and expanding team where your work will directly impact client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Own daily pacing and make hands-on optimizations across bids, budgets and campaign settings.
  • Conduct keyword and search query research, write search ad copy and select landing pages, with review from senior team members.
  • Pull and analyze performance data, translating findings into insights for reports and client presentations.
  • Perform thorough QA on campaign builds, edits, settings, tracking and URL tags.
  • Support Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, including basic product feed and Merchant Center troubleshooting.
  • Flag performance risks, pacing issues and opportunities to senior team members along with recommended actions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Strong ecommerce experience, including Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience managing media budgets from $25k/month to $1M+/month with daily pacing requirements.
  • Confidence working directly in ad platforms and making day-to-day optimization decisions.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience performing campaign QA.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving agency environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong e-commerce experience (required).

Nice to have:

Experience with Merchant Center, product feeds or feed management platforms is a plus. Relevant Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Google Analytics certifications are also preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday (EST hours)
  • Salary: 3,000 USD Monthly
  • Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Flexible Time Off, holidays, quarterly Company “Recharge” Days, and holiday closure in December
