Fulfillment Operations Generalist (Part-time, temporary)

Role Overview

We’re currently looking for a Fulfillment Operations Generalist to support the day-to-day fulfillment operations of one of our fast-growing direct-to-consumer clients.

This is a part-time role focused on ensuring orders move smoothly through the fulfillment process, coordinating closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), fulfillment centers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and provide a seamless customer delivery experience.

Location

Fully remote position within LATAM.

Contract Duration

Fixed-term contract of 5 months.

Part-time schedule of approximately 25 hours per week, with required availability during weekday early-morning EST hours, including a core schedule of 5:00–9:00 AM EST.

Language Requirement

Advanced English (C1).

What you'll do

• Manage customer orders throughout the fulfillment process, from order distribution through delivery.
• Coordinate daily with fulfillment centers and 3PL partners regarding order volumes, operational issues, and fulfillment plans.
• Serve as a key point of contact for fulfillment partners.
• Monitor fulfillment KPIs and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Manage order queues and ensure orders are distributed according to established fulfillment rules.
• Coordinate product substitutions when needed and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Track operational data, identify potential issues, and proactively support resolution.
• Partner with Logistics to monitor carrier performance, delivery timelines, and network issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Customer Experience, and other internal teams to resolve fulfillment and logistics issues.
• Support inventory monitoring to help maintain adequate product availability.

• Previous experience working with 3PL providers.
• Experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management or order management systems.
• Experience tracking operational KPIs and improving fulfillment processes.
• Exposure to quality assurance or cost optimization initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with technical or engineering teams to improve operational tools.
