This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career technology sales professional with 1–3 years of experience selling or prospecting software, SaaS, cybersecurity, IT, communications, risk management, or related technology solutions to large corporations.

The SDR will report directly to the VP of Sales and work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other sales team members to identify target accounts, develop prospecting strategies, engage decision makers, qualify opportunities, and create a consistent pipeline of new business.

  • Identify and research prospective enterprise and large commercial accounts.
  • Develop relationships with prospects across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Research target companies and understand their business priorities, organizational structure, and potential challenges.
  • Engage prospects around relevant business issues and MOSAICS’ value proposition.
  • Qualify prospects based on business need, urgency, organizational fit, and potential opportunity.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity development.
  • Support account-based marketing and outbound campaigns targeting strategic organizations.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in Salesforce or the company's CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, pipeline, and revenue contribution targets.
  • Track prospecting activity and continuously improve outreach based on performance data.
  • Develop expertise in MOSAICS’ platform, market, competitors, and customer use cases.
  • Lead with relevant business insight rather than simply pitching a product.
Required Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hungry — motivated to build a career in enterprise technology sales and driven by measurable results.
  • Curious — enjoys researching companies, understanding business problems, and discovering why a prospect should care.
  • Confident — comfortable initiating conversations with senior professionals and respectfully challenging the status quo.
  • Persistent — understands that enterprise prospecting requires multiple touches and that rejection is part of the process.
  • Business-minded — connects technology solutions to real business problems and outcomes.
  • Collaborative — understands that generating pipeline is a team sport and works closely with Account Executives and Marketing.
  • Coachable — actively seeks feedback, learns quickly, and continuously improves the sales approach.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in B2B technology sales, SaaS sales, business development, or an SDR/BDR role
  • Demonstrated experience selling or prospecting technology solutions to large corporations or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and generate qualified sales meetings.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects who may not already know MOSAICS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology decision makers.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technology and translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools.
  • Strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and desire to achieve measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Account Executives, Marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent sales experience may be considered.

Career Growth:

  • Enterprise prospecting and account-based selling.
  • Executive engagement and consultative selling.
  • Complex SaaS sales and pipeline development.
  • Enterprise account strategy.
  • Career progression from SDR to Account Executive and, for high performers, Enterprise Account Executive.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, IT, communications, business continuity, risk management, emergency management, or related technology.
  • Experience prospecting into Fortune 1000 or other large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience engaging executives and senior decision makers.
  • Familiarity with account-based selling or account-based marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or comparable sales technology.
