About the Role:

Culmen International is hiring a Mid-Level Acquisition Specialist to perform complex acquisition and contract administration activities and serve as a trusted advisor to government acquisition personnel.

 

This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role:
  • Develop acquisition strategies and acquisition planning documents.
  • Prepare solicitations, evaluation plans, and source selection documentation.
  • Conduct cost and price analyses, including reasonableness and allowability reviews.
  • Support contract negotiations and award activities.
  • Draft D&Fs, MOUs, IAAs, and acquisition plans.
  • Analyze procurement risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support policy, compliance, and audit initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on acquisition regulations and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Six (6) years of relevant acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal contracting regulations and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in federal government acquisitions is preferred.
