About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for an experienced web/graphic designer to join our Brand & Communication Design team
Tasks:
Develop and enhance the brand’s main website;
Create landing pages;
Build and maintain Web-focused design systems;
Design banners and other digital marketing materials;
Support the preparation of presentations for talks and events;
Create interactive prototypes;
Adapt website layouts for different screen resolutions;
Collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer;
A portfolio is mandatory;
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
Willingness to complete a test task;
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently;
Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow;
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition;
English at Intermediate level is a plus;
Native Russian is a mandatory;
Intermediate knowledge of No-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.).
