About the role

As Director, Revenue Operations, you will own GTM analytics, forecasting, and sales performance reporting, along with the overall reporting cadence for our GTM functions. You will partner closely with GTM leadership to bring clarity to how the business is performing, and you'll drive the operating rhythm that keeps the organization aligned: from yearly planning cycles to the inputs that feed operating reviews and board decks.

You will build and manage the systems, models, and processes that turn GTM data into decisions, and you will work cross-functionally with finance, data, and marketing to identify friction points and maximize efficiency across the revenue engine.

This is remote USA, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone to support alignment with the wider team.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Own GTM analytics and reporting, ensuring leadership has timely, reliable visibility into pipeline, forecast, and sales performance.
  • Lead the forecasting process, developing models and cadences that improve accuracy and predictability.
  • Drive the reporting cadence for GTM functions, including regular business reviews and performance dashboards.
  • Lead the annual and yearly planning cycles for GTM, coordinating targets, capacity, and territory inputs across the organization.
  • Own inputs to operating reviews and board decks, translating GTM data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, data, and marketing to identify friction in GTM processes and systems, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency.
  • Develop key performance metrics that measure GTM productivity and health.
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements to GTM processes.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years' experience in revenue operations, GTM analytics, or a related field, including experience leading teams, processes, or operational programmes.
  • Experience owning forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics for a GTM organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including developing and managing queries across CRM and data warehouses to drive GTM reporting initiatives.
  • Experience driving annual or yearly planning cycles, including inputs to operating reviews and board decks.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyse GTM data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience simplifying complex processes into clear, usable operating approaches.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with finance, data, and marketing to identify friction and improve efficiency.

Desirable Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
  • Experience with GTM planning tools or systems (e.g., territory and capacity planning, forecasting platforms).
  • Experience supporting finance or data partnerships to streamline GTM systems and processes.
  • Experience using automation or AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, forecasting, or analytics workflows.
