At Teladoc Health, you are empowered to bring your true self to work while helping millions of people live their healthiest lives.

Here you will be part of a high-performance culture where colleagues embrace challenges, drive transformative solutions, and create opportunities for growth. Together, we’re transforming how better health happens.

Summary of Position

The Program Manager, Engineering Enablement supports the Director of Engineering Enablement in running the operational systems that keep a large engineering organization efficient, transparent, and well-led. This role is execution-focused: you'll pull together metrics, coordinate communications, support staffing and planning processes, help track budget, and assist with audits — with a strong emphasis on making life easier for the org's Engineering Managers, Sr Directors, and VPs/Sr.VP.

This is an excellent role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by being the person who makes leaders' jobs easier — surfacing the right information at the right time, keeping processes on track, and quietly ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Team Metrics & KPIs

  • Pull, clean, and maintain data feeding the engineering org's KPI dashboards, flagging anomalies to the Director before they reach leadership.

  • Prepare metrics summaries and slide decks for Engineering Managers and Directors ahead of leadership reviews.

  • Support leaders in interpreting their team's metrics and preparing talking points for their own reports.

  • Help maintain documentation on metric definitions so the org stays consistent as it scales.

2. Department Communications

  • Draft and schedule regular department communications (newsletters, Slack updates, all-hands recap notes) for Director/VP review and approval.

  • Help engineering leaders prepare talking points, FAQs, and messaging for team meetings and org changes.

  • Maintain the engineering communications calendar and documentation hub, ensuring content stays current and easy to find.

  • Track feedback and questions from the org following major announcements and route them to the right leader.

3. Staffing & Career Development

  • Maintain the headcount and requisition tracker, keeping Engineering Managers updated on where their open roles stand.

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and promotion committees.

  • Support leaders by preparing calibration materials, leveling guide references, and career development templates.

  • Support Associate Engineer Program, working with Mentors/Managers and HR as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new engineering hires, ensuring managers have what they need on day one.

4. Budgeting

  • Track budget line items and monthly actuals, preparing variance summaries for the Director and team leaders.

  • Assist Engineering Managers with budget requests (tooling, travel, offsites) and route approvals.

  • Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, license renewals, and spend for easy leader reference.

5. Quarterly Planning

  • Coordinate logistics for the quarterly planning process: timelines, templates, reminders, and dependency tracking across teams.

  • Support Engineering Managers and Directors in drafting and refining their team's quarterly goals/OKRs.

  • Track progress against quarterly commitments and prepare status summaries for leadership check-ins.

  • Help run and document planning retrospectives.

6. Audits

  • Support the Director in coordinating audit logistics — scheduling reviews, collecting documentation, and following up with teams on action items.

  • Help leaders understand and complete audit-related requests (Airtable allocations, Audit proof, RTE Certifications) with minimal disruption to their teams.

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and trackers.

  • Assist in tracking remediation items to closure.
