  • Lead the development, review, approval, validation, and maintenance of data transfer specifications and associated deliverables.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and current data management documentation, including plans, specifications, agreements, correction requests, and project correspondence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders regarding data collection, data cleaning, data delivery, data reconciliation, database lock activities, and data management timelines.

  • Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to develop, maintain, and communicate Data Management Plans (DMPs), study requirements, edit checks, data processing guidelines, and database setup requirements.

  • Lead the development, review, approval, validation, and maintenance of data transfer specifications and associated deliverables.

  • Coordinate data file creation requests, sample data generation, approval documentation, database lock activities, and final data deliveries.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for Data Clarification Requests (DCRs), sponsor concerns, and data-related issues, partnering closely with Data Coordinators and Project Managers.

  • Participate in study setup reviews and approvals to ensure quality and compliance with data management standards.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting commitments, timelines, and sponsor expectations.

  • Identify out-of-scope requests and partner with Project Management to support Change Order processes.

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and current data management documentation, including plans, specifications, agreements, correction requests, and project correspondence.

  • Conduct routine status meetings with sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), and internal teams, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.

  • Perform routine data runs, sample sends, complete data deliveries, and final data transfers according to study requirements.

  • Support monthly reporting activities and communicate project status effectively to stakeholders.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Data Management or related experience, preferably within a clinical research environment.

  • Prior client-facing experience preferred.

  • Experience supporting clinical trial data collection, cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting activities.

  • Knowledge of data transfer specifications, database lock processes, and clinical data management practices.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Exposure to SAS and/or SQL is preferred.

  • Knowledge of CDISC SDTM standards is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work effectively with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders.
