Job Description

A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...

We’re looking for a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to lead our regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account Management teams across APAC.

As part of our global Solutions Delivery organisation, you'll combine technical expertise, customer leadership and people management to ensure our customers successfully adopt, implement and grow their use of Trustonic solutions.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to shape regional strategy, lead complex customer engagements, improve our ways of working and ensure we deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You'll be a trusted technical advisor to our customers, bringing a deep understanding of the Trustonic Platform, device locking, OEM integration and secure technologies, while also developing a high-performing regional team.

The role covers APAC and involves approximately 25–40% travel for customer meetings, trade shows and company events globally.

As the Senior Solution Delivery Manager, you will:

Team leadership & operational excellence

  • Lead, coach and develop the regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account Management teams.
  • Set and track team objectives aligned to customer success and business goals.
  • Build a high-performance culture through regular 1:1s, feedback, coaching and development.
  • Develop scalable operating models, playbooks and best practices across Pre-Sales, Delivery and TAM.
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve team efficiency and customer responsiveness.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, KPIs and account risks, providing regular reporting to the VP Global Solutions Delivery.
  • Identify and develop tools that improve internal processes and customer engagement.

Strategic Pre-Sales & customer engagement

  • Lead technical engagement for strategic and complex opportunities alongside Sales leadership.
  • Own regional qualification criteria and prioritisation for Pre-Sales engagements.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and the Pre-Sales Centre of Excellence to adapt global strategies to the APAC market.
  • Lead technical discovery with strategic customers, understanding their technical, functional and security requirements.
  • Represent Trustonic at industry conferences, technical forums and customer events.
  • Use customer and market insight to identify competitive risks, common technical blockers and opportunities to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.

Customer delivery & technical leadership

  • Act as a senior technical advisor across Trustonic's services and solutions.
  • Support complex customer onboarding and implementation programmes, ensuring successful delivery with available resources.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and understand their technology strategies and business objectives.
  • Oversee customer engagement across the lifecycle, from Pre-Sales and onboarding through to adoption, growth and technical support.
  • Manage and coordinate technical escalations, working closely with Commercial, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
  • Ensure the regional team is kept up to date with Telecoms Platform product updates, best practices and relevant training.
  • Help reduce time-to-revenue by improving qualification, handovers, onboarding and delivery processes.

Who you are...

A strategic, technically strong and customer-focused leader who enjoys solving complex problems, developing people and building strong relationships with customers.

You're equally comfortable leading a team, discussing technical architecture with engineers, working through complex customer challenges and influencing senior stakeholders.

You bring structure to complex environments and enjoy finding ways to make teams more effective. You're proactive, curious and commercially aware, with the ability to balance the needs of customers, your team and the wider business.

You're comfortable operating in a fast-moving international environment where priorities evolve and collaboration across regions is essential.
