VIBRANT is staffing a logistics team for Country Calling Music Festival Load in & Load Out. We are seeking skilled on-site production labor staff to assist with the installation and teardown of an outdoor experiential event footprint. Ideal candidates will have prior experience building and assembling experiential activations, event environments, exhibits, scenic elements, or similar temporary structures.
The activation will be assembled over a three-day period and dismantled within one day. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role requiring attention to detail, efficiency, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Please note if you can operate a fork lift, as we are seeking 1 person for that role.

Pay rate: $30 USD/Hour
Parking: Reimbursed up to $25 with receipt
Uniforms:
VB will provide high vis vests, Staff to provide their own comfortable work clothes and closed toe working shoes, This will be at an active work site so please dress appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with building and assembling all elements of the experiential footprint.
• Safely operate power drills and other common hand and power tools.
• Load, unload, unpack, organize, and repack activation materials.
• Move and position event structures, furniture, equipment, signage, and other production elements.
• Follow installation plans and direction from the production manager or on-site lead.
• Remain focused and complete assigned tasks efficiently within the required timeline.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the build and teardown.
• Properly pack, protect, and inventory activation elements during dismantling.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet installation and teardown deadlines.
• Immediately report damaged materials, missing items, or safety concerns to the on-site lead.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience assembling experiential activations, event footprints, exhibits, scenic builds, or temporary structures is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with power drills, power tools, and basic hand tools is required.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver 75 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to remain on task with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced production environment with firm deadlines.
• Must wear appropriate work attire and closed-toe shoes; work gloves and other required safety equipment should be used as directed.
• Must be available for the full three-day installation and one-day teardown schedule.
• Forklift operating experience and a current forklift certification are considered a strong plus.
