Job description

Overview:

LMI is seeking a Senior Logistics Strategy and Integration Specailist to provide subject matter expertise to the United States Transportation Command's Strategy, Policy, Programs, and Logistics Directorate (USTRANSCOM J4/J5/J7).

The selected candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts to integrate spacelift point-to-point delivery (P2D) of cargo into USTRANSCOM's Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE). The primary objective of this role is to support the integration of spacelift as a fully recognized fourth mode of cargo transportation within the JDDE.

This position focuses on joint-level policy, doctrine, and planning integration, rather than day-to-day operational execution. The Senior Logistics Strategy and Integration Specailist will collaborate with joint, Service, and Combatant Command stakeholders to develop, assess, and implement policy and guidance that enables future spacelift-enabled logistics operations.

This is a remote position with the ability for occasional travel (<25%).
