We are currently searching for a SAP EWM Consultant:

Client Overview Our Client is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team and optimize their extended warehouse and supply chain management operations.

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Provide strong operational and technical support using various ticketing tools, maintaining IRT, and adhering to SLAs.
• Lead initiatives and train team members, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the logistics and warehouse operations teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex system and operational issues using excellent problem-solving skills.
• Explain highly technical SAP EWM and S/4HANA concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Editions.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Editions focusing on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Active Certification on SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Edition EWM.
• Strong background in providing support, managing ticketing tools, and meeting Incident Response Time (IRT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Demonstrated leadership and training abilities.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams (fluent spoken and written).
• Advanced Spanish.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S4/Hana Private Editions
• 2+ years of experience in S/4 Hana Public Editions in Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Certification on S/4 Hana Public or Private Edition EWM.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong support experience using different ticketing tools and IRT, and SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
