We are currently searching for a Senior React Native Developer::

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile modernization effort, migrating legacy native iOS and Android applications to a modern, high-performance React Native framework.
• Architect and implement robust offline-first capabilities using SQLite for local on-device data preservation and seamless backend synchronization.
• Leverage strong native iOS and/or Android development knowledge to bridge the gap between React Native and native device capabilities when standard modules are insufficient.
• Manage the end-to-end app lifecycle, including complex app migrations, seamless version upgrades, and deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Optimize mobile performance and ensure a high-quality, responsive user experience across multiple device platforms and operating systems.
• Ensure absolute data integrity and local data preservation during app migrations and upgrades.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with strong, hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile development utilizing React Native.
• Deep expertise with SQLite and on-device data management, specifically building offline-first applications and handling complex data synchronization.
• Strong foundation in native mobile development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Proven track record of managing complex app migrations, ensuring local data preservation during upgrades, and successful App Store/Play Store deployments.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving mobile performance bottlenecks.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired 

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
