Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a HR Technology Program Manager – Workday position for our client.

 

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

 

Duties:

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide HR technology programs focused on Workday and related HR systems.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with HR, IT, HR Shared Services (HRSS), and business leadership to define requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Provide program leadership for Workday transformation initiatives, including Workday Business Processes, Workday Extend, custom applications, and process automation.
  • Oversee initiatives supporting HRSS and employee lifecycle processes, including offboarding administration workflows.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across HR, IT, architecture, integration, security, business operations, and external partners.
  • Establish program governance, executive reporting, status tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Provide executive-level communication and recommendations to ensure alignment between technology strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and program priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities across HR technology processes and workflows.

Skills:

  • Workday Extend architecture and custom application development concepts.
  • Workday Business Processes and the broader Workday technology ecosystem.
  • HR Shared Services (HRSS) processes and operating models.
  • Employee lifecycle and offboarding administration workflows.
  • HR process automation frameworks, including REO/VP.
  • Enterprise program management methodologies, governance, and transformation practices.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Budget management, financial oversight, and resource planning.
  • Risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams in complex enterprise environments.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT and/or HR Program Management.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise system transformations within IBM or a similar large enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Workday Extend architecture, Workday Business Processes, and custom applications within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting HR Shared Services, offboarding administration, and HR process automation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with executive stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, program governance, and risk mitigation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex programs in a highly collaborative enterprise environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
