Executive Assistant for a Food and Beverage Business in the US (Home Based Full Time)

• Monitor and respond to multiple company email addresses in a timely manner (customer orders, inquiries, complaints across 6-7 locations)
• Follow up with customers and coordinate order placement across multiple locations
• Respond to company reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms; manage reputation across all locations
• Write weekly employee newsletters and monthly customer newsletters (with help from AI)
• Manage market research and customer surveys
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and checklists
• Organize and manage spreadsheets and documents
• Handle administrative tasks including making calls and scheduling appointments
• Support customer service operations

A family-owned food and beverage business specializing in New York-style bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and homemade cream cheese spreads. The business operates multiple locations in the northeastern United States and is known for its fresh, hand-rolled bagels.

Must Haves

• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
• Mid to senior level executive assistant or administrative professional experience
• Multi-unit quick-service restaurant or hospitality industry background
• Proven customer service experience
• Organized, proactive, and self-directed with minimal oversight needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, document management, and email organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Experience following up with people and managing relationships
• Clean background (no criminal history)

Home Office Requirements
