Location:  REMOTE - MUST RESIDE IN NY, NJ or CT

Salary:  $75,000 - $80,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO

As Executive Assistant to our Senior Vice President (SVP) and Regional Vice President (RVP), you'll be more than an assistant - you'll be a trusted partner, strategic thinker, and the link that keeps priorities on track. About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and personable professional to partner closely with our Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President. Your role will be critical in ensuring the their time, communications, and strategic initiatives are managed with precision and purpose. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate needs before they arise, and balance professionalism with approachability, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do
•    Manage the SVP and RVP calendars, travel, and daily priorities to ensure maximum effectiveness.
•    Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings and presentations.
•    Act as a professional liaison between the SVP/RVP and internal/external stakeholders.
•    Track progress on strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
•    Handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.

 

What We're Looking For
•    5+ years of executive support experience (C-suite preferred but not required).
•    Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
•    Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
•    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•    Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools (Teams/Zoom).
•    A collaborative, service-oriented approach with a professional yet warm demeanor.
