Position

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate Stenon's growth in the Brazilian agricultural market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities while building strong relationships with farmers, distributors, cooperatives, and enterprise customers across Brazil. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will introduce Stenon's innovative technology and demonstrate how it can improve soil health, optimize fertilizer efficiency, and increase farm profitability. If you are passionate about agriculture, technology, and sales, and enjoy connecting with customers and creating new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

You will

  • Lead Qualification: Asking targeted questions to determine if a lead has the budget, authority, and need for the product.

  • Appointment Setting: Scheduling discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives to close.

  • CRM Management: Maintains accurate CRM records by logging customer interactions, contact information, and pipeline updates in Salesforce while following established sales cadences and agreed workflows.

You have

  • Experience in sales development, business development, prospecting, or customer acquisition.

  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian agricultural market.

  • Experience working with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, retailers, or agribusinesses.

  • Confident communication through phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

  • Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify potential customers.

  • Strong CRM discipline and experience with Salesforce or a similar platform.

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with outreach targets and KPIs.

  • Fluent Portuguese and English

  • Interest in AgTech, precision agriculture, soil analysis, and sustainable farming.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in AgTech, precision agriculture, or digital farming solutions.

  • Experience selling agricultural equipment, fertilizers, seeds, crop protection, or farm management software.

What we offer

  • Permanent full-time contract with flexible working hours.
  • Comprehensive health insurance.
  • Participation in global team retreats.
  • Work from anywhere in Brazil with the flexibility of a fully remote role. If you prefer an office environment, you're welcome to work from our office in Piracicaba.
  • English language courses
  • Annual professional development budget.

We set high standards, reward performance, and foster a positive, constructive feedback culture
