Job Description:

Job Duck is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Lead Qualification Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, asking thoughtful questions, and helping people navigate important legal matters with confidence and care. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and ensure every prospective client receives a positive experience. Success in this position comes from being organized, empathetic, persuasive, and committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining efficiency in a busy legal environment.

• Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver a positive and professional client experience throughout the intake process

• Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients

• Track and maintain lead information within the CRM

• Schedule consultations and case evaluations

• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients

• Conduct initial client intake conversations

• Follow up with existing and uncontacted leads

• Participate in coaching and training sessions

• Qualify leads based on established criteria

• Manage and organize email communications

• Perform data entry and update client information

• Transfer calls to appropriate team members when necessary

• Contact potential new clients who submit contact forms and website inquiries

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Intake Specialist (preferrable in a law firm)
• Sales, intake, customer service, or client-facing experience required

• Comfortable working with a high-volume phone environment

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong active listening abilities

• Ability to build rapport quickly

• Confident and professional phone presence

• Strong lead qualification capabilities

• Effective questioning and probing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish

• Ability to follow instructions and established processes

• Strong organization and multitasking skills

• Empathetic approach to client interactions

• Sales and relationship-building mindset

• Ability to manage a high volume of follow-ups

• Receptive to coaching and feedback

• Accurate data entry and documentation skills

• Location and timezone: Remote, Pacific Standard Time (EST)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Expected call volume: Very high volume (80-100 calls per day)
• Software and Tools Required:
- CRM: Clio
- VOIP: DialPad
- Other: Slack, Google Drive, Lex Receptionist    

Work Shift:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)
