Job description

Hygiena provides rapid microbiology diagnostic tests and solutions for mission-critical, time-sensitive processes around the world. Hygiena’s proprietary diagnostic technologies enable customers to; prevent illness and save lives, comply with regulations, protect products and brands, run businesses more effectively. Solutions are sold in a wide range of industries globally, but the core focus is food safety. Headquartered in Camarillo, California and with offices around the world, we are actively looking for talented individuals to help grow the business!

At Hygiena we believe:

  • In providing the highest quality products & service
  • Being a leader in innovation
  • Having a compelling desire to improve and win in the marketplace
  • In contributing positively not only in the workplace, but in our community and environment!

With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a CRM & Integration Delivery Lead to join our team! This is a full-time, exempt, remote role.

About the Role:

The CRM & Integration Delivery Lead is accountable for predictable delivery of Hygiena's Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the Azure-based integration layer that connects it to the ERP, the webstore, and adjacent commercial and quality systems. This role runs the delivery system for that work: how it enters, how it is sized and sequenced, how it is forecast, released and communicated. Work lands on committed dates, and dependencies surface early rather than late. Scope is deliberately bounded. Technical architecture and design authority sit with the Senior Dynamics 365 Developer; requirements authorship sits with the Business Applications Developer; delivery within the ERP sits with the ERP Project Manager, with whom this role partners at the integration boundary. This role sequences the CRM and integration backlog and recommends what can be committed; resourcing and capacity decisions are made by the Manager, Digital Transformation. The Delivery Lead brings enough platform and SaaS delivery fluency to size work, build a forecast that holds and challenge an estimate, rather than to act as technical authority or the strongest technical contributor. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Own intake, sizing, sequencing and forecasting for the Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration backlog; maintain a rolling delivery forecast and recommend the sequence in which committed work is delivered.
  • Lead delivery communication and escalation for the CRM and integration portfolio: publish status, risk and forecast changes to business stakeholders and IT leadership, and escalate early and visibly when a commitment is at risk.
  • Manage dependencies and delivery risk where Dynamics 365 CRM, the Azure integration layer, the ERP and the webstore meet; partner with the ERP Project Manager to agree cross-system sequencing before work begins.
  • Own release management and environment coordination for Dynamics 365 CRM and its Azure integration components, including release scheduling, readiness criteria, cutover and post-release verification, working within vendor-controlled release cycles.
  • Coordinate CRM and integration implementation and product vendors: manage delivery schedules, statements of work and hand-offs, hold partners to committed dates, and challenge estimates that do not withstand scrutiny.
  • Administer Azure DevOps as the delivery system of record for CRM and integration work: intake queue, board and backlog hygiene, work item quality, and the planning and forecasting data leadership relies on.
  • Produce delivery reporting and metrics for the CRM and integration portfolio, including actuals against forecast, throughput and slippage, to inform resourcing and capacity decisions made by the Manager, Digital Transformation.
  • Coordinate production support and defect intake into the delivery plan so that unplanned work is triaged, sized and reflected in commitments rather than absorbed silently.
  • Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure integration services, including vendor release roadmaps; complete reserved professional development to maintain the delivery depth this role requires.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Manager, Digital Transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years delivering technology projects, including 3+ years leading delivery of a CRM platform and its integrations. Dynamics 365 strongly preferred; Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM is credible where the integration depth is genuine.
  • Demonstrated command of SaaS delivery lifecycles — vendor-controlled release cadence, environment and sandbox strategy, upgrade and regression windows — and the ability to build a forecast that holds against them.
  • Experience delivering both ground-up custom solutions and extensions embedded in packaged SaaS platforms, with the judgment to forecast each accurately; the estimating and risk profiles are not the same.
  • Working fluency with integration delivery on Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) or comparable middleware — enough to size, sequence and challenge an estimate without owning technical design.
  • Demonstrated use of Azure DevOps, or an equivalent tool, as a working planning and forecasting system rather than a ticket queue.
  • Proven vendor and partner management experience, including holding implementation partners to committed dates and managing escalation.

Salary Range (applicable to California):

$115,000 to $143,750 annually. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, market conditions, candidate qualifications, and experience.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Delivery orientation over engineering depth. This role is measured on predictable delivery, not on personal technical output.
  • Ability to establish and enforce intake, prioritization and release processes in an environment where they have not previously existed.
  • Strong dependency and risk identification across integrated systems, with a bias toward surfacing problems early and loudly rather than late and quietly.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across business, IT, ERP and vendor teams without formal authority, and to operate within clearly bounded scope alongside adjacent owners.
  • Sound judgment sequencing a backlog against competing business priorities, with the discipline to escalate resourcing decisions rather than absorb them silently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including delivering unwelcome delivery news to senior stakeholders clearly and early.

Working Conditions:

  • May occasionally be required to travel.
  • Will support a global environment across multiple time zones.
  • May occasionally work evenings, weekends and/or holiday.

Physical Demands:

In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.
