This is a remote position.

Job Description:

Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
prepares and reviews budget, revenue, expense, and payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting transactions.
Prepare financial reports and analysis of data.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and impacts to the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
Prepare and maintain work papers for all engagement binders.
Training team members on regular updates.
Experience in accounting software viz. Quick books and CCH Engagement.
Responsible for the maintenance of complete and accurate general and subsidiary ledgers for the accounts assigned.

Primary Skills:

Manage quality of daily processing and demonstrate an ability to support team members with guidance on processing challenging items.
Complete non-standard processing, with ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
Reconcile client provided details with output and review work papers in engagement binder.
Ensure maintenance of timelines and quality of deliverables
Accuracy/attention to detail.
Working knowledge of accounting/financial theory and practice
