Staffing Solutions Sales

Horizon Tech is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional (4–5+ years) to generate and close international staffing/outsourcing clients across the US, Canada, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate international B2B leads
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
• Pitch remote staffing and outsourcing solutions
• Negotiate deals and close new clients
• Manage your own pipeline and CRM
• Build long-term client relationships and referrals

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven experience selling to US, Canadian, or Australian clients
• Staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or remote services experience preferred
• Strong cold calling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent English communication
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator/CRM tools is a plus

Compensation: 100% commission, based on successfully closed and onboarded clients. Uncapped earning potential.
