Job description

This is a remote position.

PHP 45,000–60,000/month  |  100% Work From Home  |  Full-time, permanent  |  Monday–Friday, Australian business hours

You'll be the engine room behind a busy team of Australian financial planners — compiling and formatting advice documents ahead of client meetings, keeping compliance files complete and audit-ready, and following up everything from insurance underwriting to Centrelink applications so nothing falls through the cracks.

It's suited to someone who already understands how an Australian financial planning or professional-services practice runs and can produce accurate, client-ready work with minimal oversight.

You'll deepen your hands-on experience with Xplan and the tools financial planners actually use day to day, build real depth in Australian financial advice compliance, and work directly alongside qualified planners on real client outcomes.

What you'll do

Support Financial Planners with the file prep, scheduling and documentation behind every client meeting

Prepare and maintain financial planning advice documents ahead of client meetings

Keep compliance files and client records complete, accurate and audit-ready

Track and follow up insurance, investment and Centrelink applications so nothing stalls

Handle client phone enquiries professionally, recording and routing messages accurately

Support marketing initiatives — seminars, newsletters, website content and client events

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Australian financial planning, financial services, insurance, accounting/professional services or similar administrative support is highly regarded — though exceptional candidates without it will also be considered

Strong attention to detail and accuracy — this work touches compliance and real client outcomes

Confident written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working across Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Sound judgement — comfortable flagging something that doesn't add up rather than pushing it through

Preferred

Previous paraplanning experience, or exposure to preparing/reviewing a Statement of Advice (SOA) or Record of Advice (ROA)

Exposure to Xplan or a similar financial planning platform

A degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Commerce, Business, Accounting or a related field (completed or in progress)

Benefits

Offshore 24/7 has been placing Filipino professionals with Australian businesses since 2008, with over 500 professionals placed to date. You'll be employed directly by Offshore 24/7 on a local Philippines employment contract — real job security, genuine career progression, and a support structure candidates rate highly (Glassdoor 4.9/5, Google 5.0). Ongoing training and coaching is built into how we support our people, on top of everything you'll learn on the job.

      HMO coverage from Day 1

20 days paid leave per year — 15 annual leave + 5 sick leave, accruing from Day 1

      13th month pay

      Annual salary and performance review

Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development

Regular staff events and team activities

      Government-mandated benefits

Complete WFH equipment provided — company laptop and all equipment required for your role

If you've got hands-on experience in Australian financial planning, financial services or professional-services support, bring sharp attention to detail, and want to build a real career in paraplanning — we'd love to hear from you. (Exceptional graduates are also welcome to apply.)
