As a Virtual Support Specialist, you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing policy service.
You'll:
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
Listen carefully to client questions, needs, and priorities
Provide clear and professional answers
Help clients understand available benefit and policy information
Deliver responsive follow-up and ongoing client support
Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and updates
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

As you complete training and obtain the required licensing, you'll learn how to:
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients understand coverage features and benefit choices
