AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Financial Protection Advisors.
In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families interested in learning more about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You'll help clients understand their options, identify their protection needs, complete enrollment when appropriate, and receive continued support throughout the client relationship.
This opportunity combines customer service, financial protection education, relationship management, and consultative insurance sales within a fully remote environment.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

You'll become a trusted resource for individuals and families by helping them understand available protection options.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
Identify individual and family financial protection needs
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Review coverage features and available benefits
Answer client questions clearly and professionally
Provide needs-based recommendations
Help clients make informed coverage decisions
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation
Maintain accurate digital client records

You'll help provide ongoing service through:
Policy and benefit questions
