Greater flexibility in managing your professional schedule
Because representatives must comply with applicable licensing, appointment, residency, and insurance regulations, work must be performed from locations where you are legally authorized and appropriately licensed to conduct business.
Create greater flexibility in your workday while maintaining the consistency and availability necessary to serve clients and achieve your professional goals.
This opportunity is especially well suited for self-motivated individuals who value independence, accountability, and control over their schedule.
Spend more time helping people and less time searching for prospects.
Representatives connect with qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits.
This allows you to focus on:
Scheduled virtual consultations
Benefits education
Needs-based conversations
Enrollment assistance
Relationship building
Client follow-up and service
This is a commission-based opportunity rather than an hourly or salaried position.
Earning opportunities may include:
Weekly commission payments
Performance-based bonuses
Renewal and residual income opportunities
Leadership incentives

Additional performance-based rewards
There is no predetermined earnings cap on commission-based production.
Individual earnings vary based on activity, production, consistency, performance, and results and are not guaranteed.
We provide structured training and professional development designed to help motivated individuals learn the business and develop the skills needed to succeed.
Training may include:
Structured virtual onboarding

You do not need to already hold an insurance license to apply.
Because this position involves discussing and enrolling clients in insurance products, representatives must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities requiring licensure.
Licensing guidance and support are provided throughout the process.
At AO, advancement is based on performance, consistency, initiative, professional development, and demonstrated leadership ability—not simply tenure.
