You'll meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments to provide a professional, personalized client experience.
Conduct appointments through Zoom and phone
Connect with individuals who have requested benefit information
Ask questions to understand each family's needs and priorities
Listen carefully to concerns and financial protection goals
Answer questions clearly and professionally
Build trust through genuine, relationship-focused conversations
Help clients understand available benefits so they can make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
Explain supplemental life, accident, and health insurance options
Review available benefits and coverage features
Identify individual and family protection needs
Provide needs-based recommendations
Present information clearly and ethically
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation
Help clients understand the coverage they select
