About the Role
We're looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns for medical and aesthetic practices.
You'll own Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels, with a clear focus on generating qualified patient leads and measurable revenue, not just clicks or impressions.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone who understands both the technical and strategic sides of paid media, including campaign optimization, conversion tracking, attribution, budget management, and landing page performance.
Why This Opportunity?
  • Take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage meaningful advertising budgets with direct responsibility for performance.
  • Work with multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Focus on measurable business outcomes, including qualified leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with SEO, creative, and account management teams across the full marketing funnel.
  • Build specialized expertise in performance marketing for medical and aesthetic businesses.
What You'll Do
Paid Media Management
  • Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting tailored to healthcare decision-makers.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and cost-per-lead efficiency.
  • Write high-converting ad copy while maintaining compliance with medical advertising guidelines and platform policies.
Tracking & Performance Optimization
  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking tools, call tracking, and CRM/EMR integrations.
  • Analyze campaign performance weekly and provide clear recommendations based on patient acquisition and revenue impact.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and campaign underperformance quickly.
  • Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and healthcare-specific advertising best practices.
  • Support landing page and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with account managers, SEO specialists, and creative teams to align paid media with the broader marketing funnel.
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads accounts with meaningful budget responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and the factors that drive qualified leads versus vanity metrics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using spreadsheet-based reporting.
  • Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and client-facing reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience running paid campaigns for medical, aesthetic, or professional service clients.
  • Hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) experience.
  • Familiarity with call-tracking platforms and CRM integrations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance considerations in digital advertising.
  • Experience with Performance Max, Demand Gen, or advanced Google Ads features.
  • Basic understanding of landing page conversion rate optimization.
How Success Is Measured

  • Generate qualified patient leads through paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Improve ROAS and cost-per-lead efficiency across client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Optimize advertising budgets based on measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve campaign performance issues quickly.
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance insights and recommendations.
  • Successfully manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Why Join Us?
  • Fully remote opportunity.
  • Competitive compensation of $1,500 – $2,500 USD/month.

  • Work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Gain specialized experience within medical and aesthetic marketing.
