Client Success & Campaign Manager
Location: Remote — Argentina 
Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote (telecommute) position.

• Take ownership of client relationships immediately after new campaigns are closed by the Sales team.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service.
• Present campaign timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally and confidently.
• Manage client expectations while ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
• Define deliverables, creator requirements, timelines, KPIs, and execution strategies.
• Translate client expectations into actionable campaign plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

• Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns while coordinating multiple creators and campaign activations simultaneously.
• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple international time zones.
• Ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain consistent communication across clients, creators, sales, talent managers, and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Anticipate project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact campaign success.
• Maintain exceptional organization while managing a high-volume workload.
• Ensure campaigns remain on schedule despite changing priorities and multiple moving pieces.

• Collaborate with creators and internal creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
• Review campaign content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery.
• Ensure creative deliverables meet both client expectations and campaign objectives.

• Manage campaign budgets of up to approximately $200,000 USD.
• Track campaign spending and monitor budget utilization.
• Identify financial risks and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate financial tracking throughout campaign execution.

• Monitor campaign performance across engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, and other key performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare professional client presentations, campaign reports, and executive summaries.
• Present campaign insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal leadership.
• Provide regular updates regarding campaign progress, risks, budgets, and performance.

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume campaign portfolios.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable coordinating projects across multiple international time zones.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Direct experience of managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in social media marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, gaming, esports, or digital entertainment.
• Experience managing large portfolios of simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing KPIs, sponsorship activations, and creator deliverables.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.

• Successfully manage 25–45 concurrent campaigns while maintaining exceptional quality and organization.
• Deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
• Transitioning new clients seamlessly from Sales into campaign execution.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Coordinate creators, clients, and internal teams across multiple global time zones.
• Identify and resolve campaign challenges before they impact client satisfaction.
• Deliver clear reporting and actionable campaign insights that support future success.
