About the Role

As Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team in the Benelux market. You will help prepare customer offers, assortment proposals, product lists and sales materials. You will work with product data, customer information, stock updates, pricing and order follow-up.

The role is both commercial and operational. You will work closely with sales, marketing, logistics and finance to make sure customer requests, product launches and retail activities move forward smoothly. You will often work with incomplete or changing information, so we are looking for someone who can create structure, ask the right follow-up questions and communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with customer offers, product lists, assortment proposals and sales presentations
  • Maintain and update customer, product and order data in our systems
  • Help prepare recommendations based on product performance, stock availability, pricing, margin and customer needs
  • Track orders and coordinate with logistics and finance to support timely delivery and accurate billing
  • Follow up on missing information from internal teams, brands, customers and partners
  • Support product launches, retail activations, campaigns and brand collaborations
  • Prepare customer research, lead lists and follow-up materials for the sales team
  • Ensure clear, consistent and professional communication with customers and partners

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer support, operations, buying, retail administration, logistics coordination or beauty/well-being sector
  • Secondary or higher education; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office, advanced Excel, including working with lists, formulas, lookups and clean file preparation)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced international environment
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluent English (additional languages are beneficial)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
