Job description

Your tasks

Shape the product. Scale the way we build.

This is a role for builders. You'll combine strategic product ownership with hands-on execution, establish scalable product operations, and help our team unlock the full potential of AI. Join us if you're passionate about creating products, improving systems, and leaving things better than you found them.

Own a product area end-to-end

  • Own the roadmap and strategy for one of our most important product areas, aligned with company goals and clearly communicated to leadership
  • Prototype with AI tools to test ideas in hours instead of weeks
  • Run rigorous discovery, then own delivery from start to finish:clear specifications, well-defined tickets, QA, and an ambitious-but-realistic rollout
  • Make decisions with data: set KPIs, form and test hypotheses, run your own basic analyses and prioritize using a value-vs-effort approach
  • Champion an accessibility-first mindset so inclusivity is designed in from the start, not bolted on
Support by setting up our product process & structure (Product Ops)
  • Partner with the VP Product to design and roll out our product operating model — how we plan, prioritize, discover, build and review
  • Establish and improve the team's rituals and cadences (roadmap planning, prioritization, reviews, retros) so they're lightweight and actually used
  • Stand up product metrics and reporting: a shared, reliable view of what we're shipping and the impact it has
  • Assess and improve product tooling, and smooth the hand-offs between product, engineering, design and go-to-market
  • Own product documentation and knowledge management — reference documents, spec standards, and a single source of truth the whole team can rely on
Raise the bar
  • Support by setting upstandard for discovery, specs and delivery, and mentor other PMs on their craft
  • Hands-on experience building AI powered features, plus a solid working understanding of modern AI — what these models are good at, where they fail, and how to evaluate, prompt, constrain and monitor them

Your profile

  • You're a senior or lead-level PM witha track record of owning a product area and driving measurable impact, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • You are AI-native in how you work: you use LLMs, agents and AI tooling daily and have strong intuition for what they can and can't do today
  • You prototype with AI tools to test ideas
  • You've shipped at least one AI-powered feature or product and understand the unique product challenges
  • A genuine "systems" instinct —you've introduced or meaningfully improved how a product team plans, prioritises, measures or documents its work, and you make process serve the work rather than the other way around.
  • Strong at both ends of the job: real discovery and disciplined delivery.
  • Data-literate — you set KPIs, reason about metrics, and pull basic analyses yourself
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management;you're comfortable operating as a trusted partner to product leadership and keeping engineering, design and leadership aligned
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where structure is something you help create
  • Fluent English. German nice-to-have
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility (WCAG) and the relevant legislation (BFSG, European Accessibility Act)
  • Exposure to Product Operations as a discipline, or experience being the person who set up product processes at a growing company
  • Experience with developer-facing, governance,complianceor audit products
