Your tasks

Eye-Able is one of the fastest-growing digital accessibility platforms in Europe, with the mission of making the internet accessible to everyone.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in positioning and bringing our products to market. You will develop messaging, market analyses, and differentiation strategies while equipping our Sales teams with the right materials and insights. This is an ideal role for strategic thinkers with a strong ability to execute.

Market, Target Audience & Customer Analysis

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative target audience and customer research to identify pain points
  • Define and maintain personas and use cases across our target markets
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis and create battle cards to support the Sales team
  • Analyze market trends and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success

Positioning, Messaging & Narrative

  • Develop clear product messaging and differentiated positioning for our ICPs
  • Build and maintain messaging frameworks and value propositions
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and Product Development on analyst relations and storytelling
  • Ensure consistent communication across all channels

Sales Enablement & Materials

  • Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, and product presentations
  • Enable Sales and partner teams through training, messaging guides, and objection-handling resources
  • Continuously update all sales collateral based on market developments and product changes

Go-to-Market & Launches

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features
  • Own internal product briefings and align launch communications across teams
  • Coordinate external announcements and post-launch follow-up activities
  • Support pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with Product and Executive Management


Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas, go-to-market strategies, and product positioning
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both German and English
  • Experience conducting customer and market research and analysis
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement materials, messaging frameworks, and battle cards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Passion for digital accessibility and impact-driven work
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong advantage.
