Rock Truck

LTL Contracting Ltd. is seeking reliable and hardworking Rock Truck Operators as well as Dozer Operators to join our team. As a Rock Truck Operator, you will be hauling material from point A to point B efficiently, and safely. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work on rotation, out of town, with a consistent work routine. 

Rotation & Travel Details:

• Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 week off
• Accommodations provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a rock truck in forward and reverse in a safe and efficient manner in order to minimize risk of injury and/or property damage
• Safely offloading materials, being aware of surroundings and ground conditions
• Maintaining a clean interior of the cab
• Following instructions from site supervisor
• Maintaining radio contact for safety
• Follow site safety protocols and ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner
• Completing pre and post trip circle checks
• Completing all required paperwork such as fuel slips and recording load counts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating various rock trucks 
• Possess a VALID Class G license
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well within a team and follow direction
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Ability to travel and work out of town without disruptions

This position is for a project located at New Gold Rainy River 

Compensation: $30-$32
