The Role 

As a PPC Specialist/ Paid Media Specialist, this is someone who lives inside ad platforms (Google + Meta in particular), doing constant testing and optimization of paid campaigns. This role is not a content creator, social media coordinator, or brand strategist role. This role requires a need of performance-driven specialist focused on spend, testing and measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Real hands-on ad spend history: real campaigns they've managed with real budgets 

• Fluency in metrics (CPC, ROAS, conversion rate) without needing prompting 

• Gets excited talking about specific tests they've run and what they learned 

• Comfortable with having a testing mindset over guessing 

• Analytical/finance mindset: comfortable living in spreadsheets and small % differences 

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines  

Your
Qualifications 

• Technical Proficiency:  

• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4/GTM. 

• Attention to Detail:  

• Precision in budget management and tracking setup is mandatory.

Compensation: PHP 60, 000 – PHP 85, 000
