Salary base: 7500 PLN monthly gross

Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join our team in Szczecin. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and information regarding pharmaceutical products. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to pharmaceutical products.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine or a related field is mandatory.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 7 pm.

Contract Details:

  • Probation Period: The initial contract includes a probation period of 3 months.
  • Contract Extension: After the probation period, the contract can be extended for 1 year, 18 months, or Permanent employment at the discretion of the Team Leader.
